As COVID-19 continues to create unprecedented changes across the country, we wanted to make sure to keep you updated with our plan to help curb the spread of this virus in our community and still be there to service all of our customers.
FIRST of all WE ARE OPEN for Business. We’re a people-first company, and that means protecting the health and safety of our customers, employees and the communities we live and work in. We want you to know we’re taking extra precautions to protect you and our employees by extra daily cleanings of all the products, displays, surface areas, restrooms and other shopping and work spaces within our store. We are making hand sanitizer available conveniently throughout our store and recommend customers to use it when they enter and/or leave our store. We are requiring that all of our employees use the sanitizer after every customer contact and we’re stressing the importance of washing their hands multiple times during the day. Our outside service techs and delivery/installation crews also have sanitizer in their vehicles and are required to clean their hands and use fresh gloves before entering each and every home. We know this can be an inconvenience to many of you but we are asking for your help as well by wiping down the products we might be coming to repair or replace before we get to your home.
For those of you that are of higher risk or just don’t want to get out and come in to our store during this time we have a great website online at www.cawilsons.com and we recommend that you do your shopping research for whatever product you need and then give us a call at 972-923-0024 and we’ll help you through your purchase without ever leaving your home. We want to make your purchase or service request as simple and as easy as possible.
